NOTE: Guests not needing accommodation only pay – $125 for Adult OR $80 for Youth & Seniors 

Adult – $125.00 CAD plus accommodation 
Youth & Seniors – $80.00 CAD plus accommodation 
Friday Only – $45.00 CAD
Saturday Only – $80.00 CAD
Sunday Only – $45.00 CAD
Virtual – $50 CAD

Note: The conference fee covers the general expenses for the conference – speaker (flight, accommodation, feeding, and honorarium; leaders (accommodation) and the feeding for conference attendees.

Your travel & accommodation: As in previous years, the conference fee does not cover these.  We try and secure affordable accommodations for attendees. This year we are not in a hotel, we are in a retreat centre and the cost per room per night is $75 ($150 for the 2 days). Each room has two beds, which allows for cost-sharing. As we did when we lodged in hotels, one person pays for accommodation and finds someone to share the room.
